Spooky Success! Recapping Our Doggy Halloween Party 2024 at Unleashed Pawtential 🐾🎃
Our annual Halloween party was a roaring success!
The air was crisp, the costumes were adorable, and the tails were wagging! Our Doggy Halloween Party 2024 at Unleashed Pawtential was a howling success, thanks to our incredible doggy guests, their enthusiastic owners, and the many creative costumes. Here’s a spooky recap of all the fun!

A Howling Good Time 🎉
On October 26th, our training facility, Unleashed Pawtential, transformed into a Halloween haven for dogs and dog lovers alike. With decorations that combined spooky and playful vibes, we set the scene for an unforgettable day of fun, laughter, and treats galore.
Our canine attendees—and their humans—embraced the spirit of Halloween with spectacular costumes that showed creativity, humor, and cuteness overload! From pint-sized pumpkins to hobbit pups, our guests dressed to impress, adding to the joyful chaos and camaraderie of the day.
Paws Down, the Best Costumes 🏆
One of the biggest highlights of the party was our Costume Contest. Every single dog looked amazing, but a few stood out for their uniqueness and personality. Here were some of the crowd-pleasers:
- Best Overall Costume went to Tales, a Border Collie who showed up as her namesake, Tales from Sonic the Hedgehog! Complete with goggles! Tales stole the show with her confidence and charm.
- Cutest Costume was awarded to , Nyla, Tales’ Collie sister! sporting the cutest pink dinosaur outfit.
- Spookiest Costume went to Dru the Cocker Spaniel, who dressed as the most adorable pumpkin.
Each winner received a prize from the bubbling cauldron of surprise! Our sponsor, ACTS Therapy, provided a selection of toys, treats, and 1-2-1 lessons!
Trick-or-Treat (and Treats Galore!) 🍬🐶
Halloween isn’t Halloween without treats, and our dogs were treated to a bounty of snacks from local pet baker Dog Treats By Lucy with Halloween shaped dog cookies every pup had the chance to try something new and delicious.
Our “Pumpkin Patch” trick training was also a huge hit! Thanks to everyone who trainer their pups some spooky tricks, like zombie crawl, play dead, and paws on the pumpkin. These photos are already making their rounds on social media, and it’s so much fun to see all the adorable pictures on our Facebook page.
Spooky Activities and Fang-tastic Fun 👻
We made sure there was something for every pup, with activities that allowed for fun and some healthy exercise:
- The Haunted Agility Course was a favorite among our high-energy guests. With spooky decorations, obstacles, and tunnels, it was an exciting way for dogs to show off their skills.
- Don’t get poisoned temptation alley gave everyone a chance to test their dogs recall skills. Many of our pups gave their all in this one—cheers to teamwork!
- Apple bobbing Halloween wouldn’t be complete without apple bobbing, searching for apple pieces among some spooky inflatables.
